Nutrition Expert/Corrective Exercise Specialist/Health-Accountability Coach

 

Chelsea VanDermeer is a Certified Personal Trainer that has been training a variety of clients for the last ten years.  She grew up in Buffalo, NY where she received her BS in Exercise Science and MS in Nutrition from SUNY Cortland.

Chelsea grew up playing sports and continued to play and train into college and post college.  She had the privilege of being able to work with a variety of clients from professional athletes to wounded veterans. Chelsea also had the opportunity to contract with the United States Army to help roll out the new Physical Readiness program, where she found a new appreciation of preventing injuries and educating individuals on proper form to overcome obstacles and provide the best quality of life.

 

Chelsea leads personalized nutrition programs,  dynamic group classes and individualized private lessons to help individuals exceed their goals.

Chelsea enjoys being a part of anyone’s journey to achieve their goals and loves providing constant challenge and change for physical and mental achievements. Regardless of age or training level, she believes anyone can achieve anything they want.  Chelsea will support each individual along their journey and hold you accountable to meet and exceed your goals.
