Corrective Exercise Specialist/Proprioceptive Training Expert, Youth Strength / Conditioning Lead Trainer

Matt Losiniecki grew up in Waukesha where he was a three sport athlete for Waukesha West High School. He was a student athlete at Central Michigan University, playing and starting for three years on the Chippewa football team. Due to injury, Matt was declared medically unable to perform and was offered a coaching position as a Student Assistant with the Chippewas. After coaching for one year and graduating with a degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology, Matt became a personal trainer working with clients from all areas of life.

Philosophy

Matt uses a variety of techniques to get the most out of each session with his clients. Due to his own experience with injury, Matt uses a lot of injury prevention and joint stability exercises in sessions. He believes with better movement patterns, joint stability, improved strength and a great work ethic, any person can be successful. When working with athletes, Matt believes proper strength and speed training along with movement efficiency will produce optimal performance. He has experience working with professional, college and high school athletes, post joint injury rehab, postural correction, joint injury prevention and, weight loss.
