Tim Mikulance is the Owner/President and driving force behind 360 Fitness, LLC. He has been a professional in the health industry for well over a decade, and is respected as an expert certified personal trainer for all walks of life.
Tim has been an athlete throughout his life, competing in multiple sports. He took special note to all the training and movement aspects throughout those years, and grew his passion for health and movement into what it is today. This knowledge forms the base of his approach with his athletes, and inspires his training plan for the challenges they will face in their sports.
Tim’s expertise is not limited only to athletes! He has expanded his touch beyond athletes, and has helped countless individuals improve their general health and well-being. He has assisted many on their weight loss venture, taking a 360-degree approach to address the root of the problem. He is also an expert in injury prevention, and has rehabilitated individuals with the necessary steps to return them to their daily life with proper form.
Philosophy
From youth to those well into their last decade of life, Tim has been able to educate, motivate, and provide sound progression to help individuals to be able to move the way their bodies were meant to. Tim provides constant change and challenges to individuals to ready them for anything that crosses their path. He believes no matter what “shape” or condition your body is in, he will be able to help you achieve your goals and soar over mountains only imaginable.
