These classes will focus on strength, conditioning, mobility, and functional movement making you the well-rounded, healthy individual you have always wanted to be!
Did we mention these classes will torch calories, cause you to SWEAT to the max, and challenge you to your known limits? These small group classes will present continually changing workouts with individual, partner work, as well as entire group tasks that will challenge even the best of fitness levels.
