A personal trainer guides, educates, and provides the needed motivation to an individual or small group and takes them to the edge, a place beyond their comfort zone, while using proper progressions and keeping them safe. We start you off with a full movement assessment and base your program, along with your priorities and goals, off of our collective findings.
