Our staff at 360 Fitness will provide a custom 4, 8, or 12-week strength training program that progresses as you progress. Once you are ready to increase your resistance/external loads, while maintaining sound technical skills, your trainer will up the ante and challenge you to push your body to the limits of its strength capacity.

We offer this service, both online and via one-on-one in person instruction and will focus on increasing an individual’s current strength platform, while educating them on proper technical form.
